One hour with people who have already done it
You've read the guides. You still don't know whether to sign the rental contract before or after the residency application, which comune actually processes things quickly, or what this will really cost in the first year. That's what the call is for.
Who books this
People three months out. The move is decided, the questions are piling up, and every forum answer contradicts the last one.
People who just arrived. Stuck somewhere in the sequence — codice fiscale done, residency stalled, health card impossible, and nobody explains why.
People still deciding. Sardinia or Spain, Alghero or Cagliari, coast or inland, with kids or without. An honest hour beats three weeks of reading.
Second-home owners. The house is here, you're not, and everything — from the water bill to the builder — happens without you.
What you get
- 60 minutes on video with Piotrek (and Anna, when the questions are about schools, children or daily family life).
- Straight answers about the sequence: what depends on what, what you can do from abroad, what has to wait until you're here.
- Real numbers. What we and people around us actually pay — rent off-season, utilities, waste tax, school extras, running a car.
- The right questions for the right professional, so an hour with a commercialista costs you one hour, not three.
- A written summary within 48 hours: your situation, the order of steps, what to prepare, who to contact.
- Names. Where we know someone verified — lawyer, accountant, translator, agency — you get the introduction. We tell you plainly if we have a partnership with them.
What this is not — said plainly before you pay:
- Not legal advice. Not tax advice. Not immigration advice. We are not lawyers or accountants.
- Not a guarantee that any office will decide your case a particular way.
- Not a substitute for a professional where money or status is at stake — it's the hour that makes that professional cheaper and faster.

How it works
- Pick a slot and pay. Payment confirms the booking — it also means we prepare properly instead of improvising.
- Tell us your situation in the short form that follows: nationality, timing, family, work, what's already done. Three minutes of typing saves fifteen minutes of the call.
- We prepare. We check what changed recently in your specific case — rules move, and the answer from a forum in 2024 is often simply wrong now.
- We talk. English or Polish. Bring your questions in any order; we'll structure them.
- You get the summary within 48 hours, with links to every official source we referred to.
Why us
We ran a marketing agency for sixteen years, then moved to Alghero with our daughter and went through all of it ourselves — codice fiscale, a registered contract, the vigile at the door, the health card, the school, the builder who didn't turn up. We also read this island professionally: Nino Daily compiles official announcements from the comuni, the region and national bodies every single morning, which means we tend to know what changed last week rather than what was true two years ago.
We're not the cheapest option and not the only one. If your question is purely legal or fiscal, we'll say so in the first ten minutes and point you at someone qualified — and you'll get that part of your money back.

Questions people ask first
- Can we talk in Polish?
- Yes — Polish or English. German by arrangement, with more preparation on our side.
- I haven't decided on Sardinia yet. Is this useful?
- That's often the best moment. Half of these calls end with a clearer picture of whether the move fits your situation at all — including the reasons not to.
- Can you handle the paperwork for me?
- No. We explain, prepare and introduce; the filing is done by you or by the professional we point you to. Anyone offering to "handle everything" for a flat fee deserves a careful look.
- What if my question turns out to be legal?
- We'll tell you within the first ten minutes, refund the unused part, and introduce you to someone who can answer it properly.
- Do you take commission from the professionals you recommend?
- Sometimes, and we always say so before the introduction. The rule is simple: no one enters our directory or our introductions because they paid.
