Privacy notice

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This notice explains what Nino Daily does with your personal data. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything is unclear, write to nino@ninodaily.com and we will explain.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Mobberry sp. z o.o., [ADRES SIEDZIBY], Poland, registered in Poland under KRS [NUMER], NIP [NUMER] — publisher of Nino Daily. Contact: nino@ninodaily.com.

Partner offers (only if you tick the box)

If you gave the second, optional consent, we may occasionally send you offers from local partners we have checked — for example insurance, property or services. Not more than twice a month. We do not sell or transfer your email address to those partners. We send the message ourselves; the partner only learns who you are if you choose to contact them. You can withdraw this consent at any time without losing the newsletter.

Who processes data for us

Each of them acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer your data outside the EU except where a provider offers standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: use the unsubscribe link or write to us. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or the authority in the country where you live.

Cookies

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads. Email delivery statistics are counted per subscriber, not per person's browsing.

Automated content, human responsibility

Nino Daily is written with the help of automated systems. Anything touching law, money or health is reviewed by a person before it is sent. We link to the original source for every fact. Nino does not give legal, tax or medical advice; it points to people who may.

Changes

If we change this notice materially, we will say so in an edition of the newsletter before the change takes effect.
