Nino Daily

Terms of Service

Effective 2 September 2026 · publisher: Mobberry sp. z o.o., Poland

This covers everything Nino Daily sells or provides: the free content, the daily brief, paid membership, directory listings, and consultations. Where a specific service has its own detail (membership, directory, consultations), that section adds to this document — it doesn't replace it.

1. Who you're dealing with

Nino Daily is published by Mobberry sp. z o.o., [ADRES], Poland, KRS [NUMER], NIP [NUMER]. All contracts for paid services are with Mobberry sp. z o.o., regardless of which product name appears on the page.

2. Free content

Guides, playbooks, tools and the delayed edition (after the fresh-first window) are free, with no account required. We can retire or rewrite free content at any time; if something you relied on disappears, reply to any edition and we'll point you to the closest replacement or tell you honestly that there isn't one.

3. Membership (the daily brief)

PlanWhat you get
FreeWeekly summary, delayed daily editions (after 3 days), directory names and categories
MemberSame-day daily brief at 7:00, urgent alerts, full directory contacts, Ask Nino on WhatsApp

Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by replying to any edition — no phone call required. Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next charge; cancelling an annual plan stops renewal, and we refund the unused part if you ask within the first month.

4. Pricing and price changes

Prices are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Founding members (the first 100 annual members) keep their sign-up price for as long as their subscription stays active without a gap — this is a permanent commitment on our side, not a promotional period.

For everyone else, we may change prices for future billing periods, including on plans you already hold. When we do:

In plain terms: we can raise prices to keep the lights on and the directory verified, but never without warning, never on the period you've already paid for, and never in a way that traps you into paying more than you agreed to when you don't want to.

5. Directory listings

A free basic listing requires the business to confirm its details and languages with us; we may remove or edit a listing that turns out to be inaccurate. A paid (founding or premium) listing is a separate service, invoiced by Mobberry sp. z o.o., under the terms stated on the invoice and section 4 above for renewals.

The Ordnung verification badge is never for sale. It is earned by observed behaviour (response time, written estimates, feedback from readers) and can be removed if that behaviour stops, independent of whether the listing is paid. Paying for a listing buys visibility, not a recommendation — every paid listing is marked as such.

6. Consultations

A paid, time-boxed video call as described on the consultations page. Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If, within the first ten minutes, we determine your question is legal, tax or immigration advice we're not qualified to give, we refund the unused portion and refer you to someone qualified. Consultations are practical orientation, not professional advice — see section 8.

7. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Invoices are issued automatically and can include a VAT number if you provide one at checkout. VAT is applied under standard EU rules (OSS for consumers, reverse charge for EU business customers with a valid VAT-ID).

8. What Nino Daily is, and isn't

Nino Daily compiles information from official and verified sources and checks anything touching law, money or health before publishing. It is information, not professional advice. We don't practise law, accountancy or medicine, and nothing on this site or in a consultation should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional where money, status or health is at stake. Where we point you to someone, that's an introduction — the relationship and responsibility for that work are between you and them.

9. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. We may suspend an account used to abuse the service (scraping, republishing whole editions, harassment of listed businesses) after a warning, except in cases of clear abuse where we may act immediately.

10. Liability

We work carefully and link to sources so you can check us, but rules, timetables and office hours change without notice, and we're not liable for losses arising from relying on information that changed after publication. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, in case of fraud or gross negligence).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this document; material changes are announced in an edition before they take effect. Continuing to use a paid service after that point means you accept the update — you can always cancel instead.

12. Governing law

Polish law applies, without limiting any consumer protection you're entitled to where you live. We'd rather resolve a problem by email first: nino@ninodaily.com.
